BHP is overseeing renovations throughout The Inn at St. John’s resort. First round is underway with $4 million plus going into landscaping, building improvements, and guest sleeping room bathroom renovations. However, the most anticipated renovation by future brides is the grand staircase into the spectacular atrium that has been needed for the past 20 plus years.
All outside renovations are anticipated to be completed in July followed by the grand staircase by January 15, 2022 and the bathrooms soon after depending upon material availability.
