Groundbreaking SmartTown Comes to Castle Rock, Colorado

Working on the Miller's Landing hotel concept for the nation's first fully connected smart city in Castle Rock, Colorado is truly fascinating! Intel leads the charge on this innovative 65-acre project that could set the standard for "SmartTowns" to follow.

The mixed-use community, also known as Miller’s Landing, presents a real-world use case for Intel's biggest and brightest ideas to come to life in a functioning community. Using Intel's low-latency networking interface, audio visual capabilities, renewable energy technology, and more, will allow everything and everybody to be fully connected throughout the development.

Integrating technology into the planning and construction phase inverts the traditional approach of building first and adding tech later. BHP is proud to be a part of this and other projects that continue to push the boundaries in the future of smart buildings and smart-city technology.

Pat Gelsinger, Intel's CEO, shares his thoughts on the project and the full CNN article on his LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7062057940190466050
