The Vision
When ownership sought to reposition The Burger Loft into a concept that would resonate more deeply with the community, they envisioned a warm, authentic Irish pub that combined approachable dining with a lively social atmosphere. The challenge was to deliver a complete rebrand, redesign, and relaunch in less than a year.

Our Approach
Boutique Hotel Professionals managed the end-to-end transformation, including:

• Developing a new brand identity and guest experience aligned with a traditional Irish pub.

• Overseeing design, procurement, and construction to create an inviting and authentic environment.

• Curating the food & beverage program to balance classic pub favorites with elevated touches.

• Ensuring a streamlined transition to minimize downtime and accelerate revenue generation.

The Results
Doyle’s Irish Pub successfully opened in August 2023, on time and within budget. The rapid turnaround — less than one year from concept to completion — allowed ownership to quickly reposition the property, attract a new customer base, and establish Doyle’s as a community favorite in downtown Plymouth.
