The Monarch

At The Monarch, Boutique Hotel Professionals partnered with ownership to transform an underutilized property into a flagship event destination in under a year.

Strategic Venue Renovation: Assisted ownership to design and develop a 17,000 sq. ft. ballroom featuring integrated NanaWalls — enabling a seamless indoor-outdoor flow for weddings, conferences, and social occasions.

Curated Outdoor Experience: Created a 7,000 sq. ft. courtyard that extends usable event space with dynamic design and enhanced guest circulation.

Market-Driven Positioning: Launched June 2025, The Monarch quickly became the region’s most sought-after event venue — selling out its entire 2025 calendar within months and now booked through 2027.
Opened in June 2025, The Monarch’s new 17,000 sq. ft. ballroom with NanaWalls leading to a 7,000 sq. ft. courtyard became an instant success.
Result: By blending architectural innovation with thoughtful guest experience strategy, The Monarch has rapidly secured its place as a premier destination for high-end events, capturing demand far beyond its opening year.


Castle Rock

Boutique Hotel Professionals developed the full vision and programming for a shovel-ready boutique hotel featuring a ballroom, rooftop pool, spa and fitness center, lodge-style bar, restaurant, and retail spaces. From vision to permitting, we partnered with the local developer and architects to ensure the concept was ready for success.
Saint John's Resort

Boutique Hotel Professionals partnered with the Pulte Family Foundation on a $50+ million transformation that expanded event space from 35,000 to 100,000 sq. ft. and introduced two new restaurant concepts.
Result: In 2025, the resort was honored by Condé Nast Traveler and ranked No. 1 Hotel, No. 1 Resort, and No. 1 Business Hotel in Michigan by U.S. News & World Report.


The Cardinal Golf Complex

Result: Reopened in fall 2024, The Cardinal Golf Course hosted the LIV Golf Championship in August 2025, cementing its reputation as a premier destination.
Brighton Aesthetics Med Spa

The Inn at St. John's Rebranded

Boutique Hotel Professionals led the full rebranding of The Inn at St. John’s to Saint John’s Resort, transforming a regional landmark into a premier luxury destination. The scope included signage, wayfinding, digital assets, guest and sales collateral, website coordination, and GDS integration—executed with precision and consistency.
Result: Repositioned as one of the Midwest’s leading luxury resorts, Saint John’s now sets a new standard for design, brand cohesion, and guest experience.
The Wine Grotto

Doyle's Irish Pub

In less than a year, Boutique Hotel Professionals transformed The Burger Loft into Doyle’s Irish Pub, a warm and authentic dining concept.
Result: Opening in August 2023, the project delivered a complete rebrand and redesign on an accelerated timeline — quickly positioning Doyle’s as a local favorite.
