Formerly The Inn at St. John’s, this storied property underwent a complete transformation into Saint John’s Resort—a premier destination for leisure, business, and wedding guests alike. Boutique Hotel Professionals led the full rebranding, design, and implementation process, guiding the property through a strategic evolution from a regional favorite to a distinctive luxury resort experience.


Our goal: to preserve the character that made the property beloved while elevating every brand and guest touchpoint to reflect refined hospitality, timeless sophistication, and resort-level distinction.

Comprehensive brand development, design execution, and implementation across all guest and operational touchpoints.

BHP partnered closely with ownership and leadership to ensure that the Saint John’s Resort brand came to life cohesively—visually, digitally, and experientially.


Our Approach
  • Brand & Environmental Design
    Complete signage and wayfinding program, environmental graphics, and architectural integration to reflect the resort’s new luxury identity.

  • Marketing & Sales Collateral
    Design and production of all marketing materials, including corporate and wedding sales kits, catering menus, and promotional assets aligned with the resort’s refined positioning.

  • Website Design & Development
    Full design and development of the new Saint John’s Resort website, integrating brand storytelling, user experience, and functionality across all guest segments.

  • Digital Marketing & GDS Integration
    Implementation of digital templates, online booking assets, and brand integration across GDS platforms (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) to ensure a consistent and elevated digital presence.

  • Guest Experience Collateral
    In-room materials, keycards, stationery, and front desk collateral—crafted to reflect the sophistication and warmth of a modern luxury resort.

From initial concept to final rollout, every element was designed and implemented with precision, ensuring brand consistency and an elevated guest experience across all channels.


The Result

The transformation of The Inn at St. John’s into Saint John’s Resort reintroduced the property as a modern luxury destination that seamlessly blends heritage, craftsmanship, and contemporary elegance. The cohesive rebrand and digital launch strengthened the resort’s market position, enhanced guest engagement, and established a new benchmark for luxury, design, and experiential hospitality within the region.
